Here's one of our garden designs enjoying its second summer, a garden designed for a couple in Speldhurst who have had a wonderful baufritz house installed. A german kit home. We worked closely with the clients and created a very modern garden with decking and granite with feature walls and textural gabion retaining walls. A simple pared back planting design to create softness within the strong geometric layout. greencube works alongside german architects - Baufritz    New Home in Speldhurst, Kent   we were planting last week in our clients garden in Speldhurst, a baufritz house made in Germany. The house was delivered on a few articulated lorries and slotted together with precision. We have really enjoyed working with our clients on this amazing modern project. We worked closely with the baufritz architects and project manager on the submissions to the planning office, gaining planning permission for the hard and soft landscaping. We have been on hand throughout the project offering advice and support to ensure the landscaping project is delivered successfully.  We took delivery of some midi panels of Hornbeam creating an instant hedge and generous green belt around the lower level and rendered wall. We have created a minimalistic planting scheme here with clipped evergreen ilex to form instant cubes, balls of pittosporum, mixed with Panicum and Miscanthus grass...

We have recently been designing two gardens that include swimming pools: Our first garden with an existing swimming pool (in Bromley Kent) with two roman ends is having 'a makeover ', here we have created 3 zones, all stone work will be replaced with bullnose capping around pool and retaining walls, this is very bespoke work and we are working closely with Rock Unique - stone suppliers. My aim here is to take the newness and sterile blank canvas away and soften with division of terraces, careful selection of materials and creating a number of zones and different levels.
