greencube finishes garden in Loughton Essex

the step details have been completed with black polished pebbles or with  Thyme and Sempervivum  given we design gardens for lots of families the requests to incorporate trampolines have slowly declined and the requests to include table tennis is on the up, is this a trend iv'e spotted? greencube works alongside german architects Baufritz

greencube works alongside german architects - Baufritz    New Home in Speldhurst, Kent   we were planting last week in our clients garden in Speldhurst, a baufritz house made in Germany. The house was delivered on a few articulated lorries and slotted together with precision. We have really enjoyed working with our clients on this amazing modern project. We worked closely with the baufritz architects and project manager on the submissions to the planning office, gaining planning permission for the hard and soft landscaping. We have been on hand throughout the project offering advice and support to ensure the landscaping project is delivered successfully.  We took delivery of some midi panels of Hornbeam creating an instant hedge and generous green belt around the lower level and rendered wall. We have created a minimalistic planting scheme here with clipped evergreen ilex to form instant cubes, balls of pittosporum, mixed with Panicum and Miscanthus grasses and architectura

planting season, gardens in three counties almost finished and tulips everywhere!

greencube and the planting season   We have been very busy in the last few weeks. Planting in Chelsfield, Sevenoaks, Hadlow, Borough Green and Loughton in Essex.  Here's Harriet testing out the new cantilevered granite steps in our garden in Loughton on our last planting day.We planted this garden this week in the warm sunshine. Its almost complete a few tweeks, a few extra plants and bit of landscaping to finish off. We will return in the summer to take some photos once its all knitting together. Hard Landscaping Oakleigh Manor  This week I've also visited our garden under construction in Matfield in Kent with feature hop poles, this garden is like no other we have been involved in. Rustic, organic and a return of the hop poles linking to the history of the house that use to be a hop pickers hut. We have just completed the planting plans that include meadows, shrubbery and prairie planting in sculpted bands around the lawn with sculptural hop poles standing tall. We

greencube has a new team member - welcome Gemma

Gemma Clarke  maintenance and planting (RHS level 2 certificate) Gemma joined greencube in March 2014 and is currently studying RHS certificate level 2 in Plant Growth Development and Establishment having already achieved the RHS level 2 certificate in Practical Horticulture at Hadlow College . Gemma's passion for plants and her constant desire to learn new planting schemes is evident.
