Here's our garden description: a modern courtyard garden themed on an increasingly diverse range of crops grown in Kent. This garden represents past, present and the possible future farmed crops and aims to highlight ‘food miles’, climate change and the importance of water as a commodity. The garden is staged within a contemporary setting with focal point cantilevered outdoor dining table and ribbons of strawberries grown vertically. Traditional kent grown crops have been incorporated, but look through the window of change to see a mediterranean palette, highlighting the possible adaptation to the selection of farming crops due to global warming.
