i love my job !

I've been out in the last few weeks taking more photos of our gardens, its easy to see why I love my job, I hope you can see this in my excitement and passion delivered in my images, designs and blogs. Planting combinations are very important, here we have mixed our favourite Rose of the Year, Rosa 'Gertrude Jekyll' mixed with Panicum (ornamental grass) and underplanted with Erigeron , enclosed within a large border of taxus baccata (yew) that skirts a driveway entrance. Keep dead heading all summer and reap the rewards. Our greencube maintenance gardener Gemma looks after this garden in Sevenoaks. A modern and traditional palette of plants to tie in with the 'old coach house' dating back to 1836 with a 21st century spin. Here we have mounted pots on top of old coach house brick platforms and installed statuesque obelisks.
